Disclosures

Here at Strike A Spark, I occasionally review art supplies I’ve used and books I’ve read, as well as other products I’ve found useful.  This has always been a part of Strike A Spark, ever since I started posting book reviews way back in 2009.  And as of February 2018, Strike A Spark is officially a part of the Amazon Associates program, providing links to products mentioned in those reviews.

Here’s the long and the short of it:

Amazon Associates

Strike A Spark is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.

What does this mean?

For You

This means that when I mention or review a product here on Strike A Spark, I’ll provide a link to the Amazon.com page.  These are products I already use, and, in most cases, love. I review each product honestly and say whether I recommend it or not.  If you decide you’d like to purchase it, click the link to go directly to Amazon – convenient, right?  And if you do, know that you’re supporting my work here on Strike A Spark and my creative work.  Thank you!

For Me

Each time someone purchases a product on Amazon using my links, I’ll receive a small commission. It’s a way for me to earn a little income doing things I already do: Using and reviewing books and art supplies, et cetera. And, if you like my work and want to support me, the Amazon links provide an easy way for you to do so.

About the Reviews

All reviews are 100% honest, and I only review products that I’ve used / read / consumed personally, things I’ve selected myself.  Other than providing affiliate links, I am not sponsored to review these products.  If, in future, I am asked to do a sponsored review, that will be clearly stated on the review page, and this page will be updated to reflect that.
