try to catch it, uselessly

turn the hourglass

~ ~ ~

No matter how we try, we can’t stop time.  Instead of looking back hopelessly at time that is already spent, we can turn the hourglass and look forward to the future. ⏳

  1. I have absolutely no clue what Haiku’s are all about (ahhh right? haha) anyways, the fact that this touched me and made me think is great enough I guess! 🙂 Wonderful words dear River!

      Haiku are a poems with simple rules:
      1.) There are three lines.
      2.) The first and third line are five syllables.
      3. ) The second line is seven syllables.
      So it goes: 5-7-5 syllables.
      I like how simple the rules are, so I write haiku a lot! (^u^)
